Wash the socks inside out at 30 °C, then the embroidery does not rub against the drum and the color stays in. What ruins the elastane is heat: the dryer and hot washes leave the cuff slack.

How do I find the right size?

Above you will find our fit and wearing note for this item. If you are between two sizes, take the larger one — in most cases that is the better choice. If you are unsure, just message us and we will help.

Is the Bitcoin21 logo embroidered or printed?

On this item the logo is embroidered. You can clearly feel the stitching when you run a finger over it. Not every item in our range is embroidered — for the sports and running shirts, the finish is stated in the product description.

Will this shrink in the wash?

Cotton always moves a little. Wash the item at the temperature given above and dry it on low heat. If you wash it once before wearing it for the first time, the measurements stay stable afterwards. Washing it inside out also protects the finish.

What if the size does not fit?

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt. Send the item back and order the right size — return shipping is paid by the buyer.
