The Bitcoin Cap is made for outdoors: walking the dog, the trip to the bakery, the hardware store on Saturday, a barbecue in the garden. You set the width at the back with the snaps; they click into fixed steps and stay there. The cap does not belong in the machine: in the spin cycle the brim loses its shape and the embroidery rubs against the drum. Use cold water with a little mild detergent, go over the stains with a soft brush and let it air dry.

Are there different sizes?

No, the cap is available in one size only. The snapback strap at the back of the head lets you adjust the fit yourself — so it fits most head sizes. If you are unsure, just message us and we will help.

Is the Bitcoin21 logo embroidered or printed?

On this item the logo is embroidered. You can clearly feel the stitching when you run a finger over it. Not every item in our range is embroidered — for the sports and running shirts, the finish is stated in the product description.

How do I wash this correctly?

Follow the care instructions above. Technical fabric does not like high temperatures or fabric softener — both damage the fibres. Washing inside out protects the finish.

What if the cap does not fit?

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt. Send the cap back — return shipping is paid by the buyer.
