Shipping & delivery

We ship our Bitcoin clothing from Hamburg worldwide. Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days and then shipped with DHL or an equivalent carrier.

Costs & delivery times

• Germany: €4.90 · 2–4 business days
• EU (Austria, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, etc.): €9.90 · 4–7 business days
• Switzerland & United Kingdom: €14.90 · 5–10 business days (import duties and local taxes may apply and are paid by the recipient)
• Worldwide: €19.90 · 7–14 business days (duties and local taxes are paid by the recipient)

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you’ll get a tracking link by email. Use it to check the status of your shipment at any time.

Customs outside the EU

For deliveries outside the EU, import duties or local taxes may apply. They are charged by the local customs authority or carrier and are not included in our shipping costs. Your local customs office can tell you more.

Lost or damaged shipments

If your shipment doesn’t arrive or arrives damaged, get in touch within 14 days of the expected delivery date — we’ll find a solution.
