Shipping & delivery

We ship our Bitcoin clothing from Hamburg across the EU and to Switzerland. Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days and then shipped with DHL or an equivalent carrier.

Shipping costs & delivery times

• Germany: €4.99 · 2–4 business days
• EU: €4.99 · 4–7 business days
• Switzerland: €4.99 · 5–10 business days (customs and import fees may apply locally)

Free shipping on orders over €75.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your shipment at any time.

Customs (Switzerland)

For deliveries to Switzerland, import duties, customs fees or local taxes may apply. These are collected by the local customs office or carrier and are not included in our shipping costs. Your local customs office can answer any questions.

Lost or damaged shipments

If your shipment does not arrive or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date — we will find a solution.
