Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason, and to return the items.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, with all tags attached and – if possible – in the original packaging.

Return shipping costs

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We take care of the organisation: once your return is accepted, we can provide a return label and detailed instructions on request — in that case the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.

Items returned to us without a prior return/cancellation request that we have confirmed cannot be accepted. If you have any questions, contact us at info@bitcoin21.shop.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, so we can review the issue and find a quick solution. In these cases we will of course cover the return shipping costs.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain items are excluded from return and cancellation, for example custom products (special orders or personalised items). Please get in touch if you are unsure whether a specific item can be returned.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a new item is to return the one you have. Once your return is accepted, simply place a new order for the item you want.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within up to 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
