Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason and to return the items.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it: unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and – if possible – in the original packaging.

If your return is accepted, you will receive a return label from us as well as detailed instructions on how and where to send the package.
Items returned to us without a prior return/cancellation request and confirmation from us cannot be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please check your order immediately upon receipt.
Contact us immediately if an item is damaged or defective or if you received the wrong item so that we can investigate the issue and quickly find a solution.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain items are excluded from returns and cancellations. These include, for example:

• Custom-made items (e.g., special orders or personalized items)

Exchange

The fastest way to get a new item is to return the received product.
Once your return is accepted, you can simply purchase the desired item in a new order.

Refunds

We will inform you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within up to 10 business days.

Please note that depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to be posted to your account.
