T-shirts, oversized shirts, polo shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, jackets, sports and running shirts, caps, socks and swim shorts — plus the gift card if you want to avoid the size question. Basics for every day. You wear the Bitcoin21 logo in orange or, on the Privacy Collection, tone-on-tone — embroidered on most items.

It depends on the item. Basic and Privacy T-shirts and the WeWill+ shirts: 100% organic cotton, 250 gsm. Oversized T-shirts and sweatshirt: 85% organic cotton, 15% recycled polyester (300 and 350 gsm). Hoodie: 70% cotton, 30% polyester, 330 gsm. Polo shirts: 100% organic cotton pique, 220 gsm. Worker Jacket: organic cotton twill, 340 gsm. Sherpa jacket: 100% recycled polyester. Sports and running shirt: 100% polyester. Swim shorts: recycled polyamide. Caps: 98% and 100% organic cotton. Socks: 80% cotton, 17% polyester, 3% elastane. The exact composition is on every product page.

Most tops come in S to XL, many T-shirts also in XS. Up to XXL: Worker Jacket, Sherpa jacket, both WeWill+ shirts, the running shirt and the swim shorts. Socks come in 35–38, 39–42, 43–46 and 47–50, caps in one size. The oversized pieces are cut generously — if you do not want the oversized look, go one or two sizes down. On most items it is embroidered: basic and oversized T-shirts, polo shirts, sweatshirt, hoodie, caps, swim shorts and the Worker Jacket. The Sherpa jacket carries the logo as a print. For the sports and running shirts and the WeWill+ shirts, the finishing method is stated in the product description. On the Privacy Collection the embroidery is tone-on-tone, in the colour of the fabric — just as much Bitcoin, only less visible.

The same pieces, just with the logo tone-on-tone instead of orange: white on white, black on black, navy on navy, grey on grey, off-white on off-white. Just as much Bitcoin, only less visible — you decide how obvious you wear it. Privacy is available for the basic T-shirt, the oversized T-shirt and the polo shirt, each embroidered tone-on-tone, and for the WeWill+ T-shirt.

In Hamburg. Embroidery and printing are carried out there by a finishing workshop, and our warehouse is in Hamburg too — that is where your parcel goes out from. We source the textile base goods internationally from selected producers; we do not publish specific factory names.

The care label in the item always takes precedence. As a rule of thumb for embroidered pieces: turn inside out, wash at 30 degrees, no fabric softener, do not iron directly on the embroidery. That keeps the logo clean.

Write to us as soon as possible at info@bitcoin21.shop. As long as your parcel has not gone to DHL, we can usually still make changes. After that, only cancellation remains.

Yes. The Bitcoin21 gift card is available for 10, 21, 50, 75 and 121 euros. It arrives by email right after payment is received, can be redeemed on all products in the shop and is valid for at least three years; the exact date is on the card. Any remaining balance stays available for your next order.

Bitcoin, on-chain and over Lightning — right in the checkout. Plus credit and debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro), Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and, depending on your country, local methods such as Twint, Bancontact, BLIK or Przelewy24. You will see which ones are available to you at checkout. Bitcoin is not a footnote here, it is an ordinary payment method.

Of course, your payment is safe with us. We use secure payment providers and protect your data.

We do not offer a classic invoice purchase ourselves. Through Klarna you may be able to pay later, subject to their check — you will see which Klarna options are available to you at checkout.

Yes. You can pay on-chain or over the Lightning network, both right in the checkout and straight from your wallet.

We keep almost everything in stock in Hamburg. We usually ship the next working day with DHL — no matter where it goes. From your order it is normally with you within 1 to 3 working days inside Germany, 3 to 6 working days within the EU and 5 to 10 working days in Switzerland — these are DHL guide values, not guaranteed times. If an item is out of stock, we will get in touch.

Shipping is a flat 4.99 € — to Germany, Switzerland and 17 other EU countries. From an order value of 75 € shipping is free. For deliveries to Switzerland, customs duties and import taxes charged by the destination country may apply on top.

Write to us at info@bitcoin21.shop and we will sort out the return with you. Trying things on is explicitly fine — just like in a shop. If an item is used beyond that and loses value as a result, we may offset that loss in value; we will still take it back. You bear the direct cost of return shipping. You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, no reason needed. A clear message by email is enough, or you use the cancellation button in the shop. The full cancellation policy is in the shop policies.

Within 14 days of your cancellation at the latest — as soon as your return reaches us or you have sent us proof of dispatch, whichever comes first. We refund via the method you paid with; how quickly it arrives then depends on your bank or payment provider.
